Training with flexible resistance is the best way to create an elasticity and power in the muscles. It is as easy as this, but many people simply don’t get. They keep on think vertical jump is for people who are strong and have much strength.
It is quite true that it takes some time to improve on your vertical jump, but if you apply theses simple principle, you can see result within 5 to 6 training sessions. Maybe even less! I don’t know if I am already sounding like most of the internet marketing gurus who promise instant vertical jump result, but I just want you to know that strength is not the main thing needed d for an effective vertical jump, so don’t give in to what all the coaches maybe telling you about vertical jump and strength.
