I was precisely like you, every one else seemed to be capable to jump as high as they required. But yet it seemed I couldn’t jump at all. I started to assume something was erroneous with me! Why couldn’t I jump like the rest of them? Performing a good vertical leap seemed not viable for me.

First things first, you require leg power to be capable to jump. Now there are a lot of different ways to build leg muscle. The first one I really want to focus will probably shock you, but it is super effective!
1. Jumping Rope: Haven’t you watched those Rocky movies where it looks link like he’s skipping for hours on end? He wasn’t carrying out this for fun; he was doing it because he realized the benefit of skipping. Now you don’t just leap up and down little by little, you have to go quick and only land on your toes. Trust me it’s a lot harder than you imagine, but you’ll pick it up rapidly I’m sure.
2. Toe Raises: Well this has to be the simplest exercise I have ever heard of! But guess what, it works. And it works very well. We all should be familiar with the toe raise, but now increase you aren’t I’ll explain it a little. First head on over to a step, once there you need to go on your toes, and now just raise and lower yourself. It seems pretty easy right? It is one of my preferred vertical jumping exercises, can you guess why?
